Membership Form

Thank you for your interest in joining Luxembourg for Transparency (L4T). We are an independent, non-partisan (nonprofit) association sans but lucratif (a.s.b.l.), registered in Luxembourg under RCS number F15280.

L4T's mission is to promote transparency and integrity in Luxembourg and contribute to a just, corruption-free world (Article 4 of the AoA). Your membership is vital to achieving our objectives. We welcome the membership of individuals, companies, and organisations from diverse backgrounds (e.g., nonprofit organisations, government authorities, the private sector, media, academia/research, and the public) who share our vision and wish to join our mission.

All membership applications are subject to review and decision by the Board of Directors in accordance with L4T's Articles of Association.

Please review the membership options below and select the one that applies to you:

A. AFFILIATE MEMBER (Physical Person Only)
* Please note, these are defined as "Active Members" in our AoA.

• As an Active Member, I am a physical person who wishes to participate in the governance and activities of L4T actively (Article 5.1.i).
• I understand that Active Members have the right to participate, speak, and vote at General Assemblies (Article 8.1).
• I commit to paying the annual membership fee of EUR 120. I am aware that students and members under 21 are exempt from the membership fee (Article 8.2).
• Please read our Donor Transparency & Ethics Charter.

B. SUPPORTING or ENTITY MEMBER (Physical Person, Legal Person, Company, or Organisation)
* Please note, these are defined as "Passive Members" in our AoA.

• As a Passive Member, I/my organisation wish(es) to financially support L4T or contribute significantly to the achievement of its objectives (Article 5.1.ii).
• I understand that Passive Members may participate and speak at General Assemblies, but may not vote (Article 8.1).
• I understand that the Board of Directors decides on the admission of passive members upon the proposal of an existing member (Article 7.4).
